Group classes aren't your thing? Or don't know where to start? 1-on-1 sessions are great because you will be getting individualized attention to technique, fitness goals, and a fighter-coach connection.
Train in the disciplines of Thai boxing or Western boxing and experience a workout like no other. Sessions are custom-tailored from student to student with a heavy emphasis on technique and combative situations in-ring. You will learn self-defense, develop self-confidence, and be able to perform under pressure.
Set up weekly workouts as part of your fitness routine and progress at your own pace. Sessions are 60 min long and appointment based only.
Martial arts teaches respect, discipline, and focus. Have confidence in your kid knowing they know how to defend themselves and are actively fit and strong. Students as young as three years old can start private sessions! Session duration is anywhere from 30-60 minutes.
